The Ravens Forge is a brand operated by Raven Dynamics LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how long we retain it, and the choices that may be available to you.
This Policy applies when you visit theravensforge.com, purchase directly from our website, subscribe to communications, submit a form, or otherwise contact us. Orders placed through eBay or another third-party marketplace are also governed by that marketplace’s privacy policy.

Quote and project files are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to prepare, complete, support, or document the requested work, unless longer retention is required for business or legal records.

Payment-card details are handled by our payment processors rather than stored directly by us.
No method of transmission, payment processing, or electronic storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website is intended for adults, and our products are intended for ages 14 and up, with adult supervision for anyone under 18. Neither is directed to children under 13.
