- Orders and checkout are processed and stored by Square Online for our website and by third‑party marketplaces (e.g., Etsy or eBay) for marketplace orders.
- Customer messages are received via the contact form and stored in Google Workspace.
- Subscriber emails are stored in Square Email Marketing.
How We Use Information
- Fulfill and ship orders; provide support; send service emails (order confirmations, shipping updates).
- Send optional announcements/updates to subscribers who opted in (unsubscribe anytime).
- Maintain site security, prevent fraud, comply with law, and maintain business records.
Analytics, Cookies & Tracking
- Launch phase: Square’s built‑in, non‑advertising analytics.
- Future‑proof: we may use third‑party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), advertising pixels (e.g., Meta/Facebook Pixel), and embedded content (e.g., YouTube). 
 If required by law, we will obtain consent before setting non‑essential cookies. You can control cookies via your browser/consent banner.
Sharing (Who Sees Your Data)
- Service providers/processors: payments (Square; third‑party marketplace processors), shipping/labels (Pirate Ship, USPS/UPS), email service (Square Email Marketing).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. We do not store full payment card details; payments are handled securely by our processors. 
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our site may link to or integrate with third‑party services (e.g., payment processors, shipping tools, video platforms). 
Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for those practices; review their policies before providing information.

not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related 
to this Privacy Policy or our handling of personal information. Any direct liability is limited as set forth in the “Limitation of Liability” section of our Terms of Use, 
which is incorporated by reference. Nothing in this Policy limits non‑waivable consumer or data‑protection rights.
Indemnification (Privacy)
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raven Dynamics LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, advisors, and agents from 
and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of this Privacy Policy, your 
misuse of the site or services, or your infringement/violation of third‑party rights in connection with personal information you provide, to the extent permitted by law.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy is subject to the Arbitration & Class Action Waiver and Governing Law provisions in our Terms of Use.

Our products/website are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Your Privacy Rights (Colorado & Applicable U.S. Laws)

We will verify your request as required by law. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with “Appeal” in the subject line. If we deploy non-essential cookies or tracking, we will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out where legally required.
