Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping Cost & Carriers
We ship within the United States only, via USPS or UPS. U.S. shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, with tracking emailed as soon as your kit ships.
Most kits are printed to order in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and typically ship within 5–7 business days. Kits in stock usually ship within 3–5 business days.
If anything will take longer, we’ll email you before it ships.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery and may result in additional shipping charges if the package must be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at info@theravensforge.com.
We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unused
In its original packaging
Complete with all included parts
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or we made an error with the order:
Custom or personalized items
Special-order items
Opened consumables
Used or assembled kits
Return Shipping & Refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by The Ravens Forge.
Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent to our post-office box must be shipped through USPS.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, configuration, or version, please return the original eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
